We collect only the data we need:
- Browsing: IP address, browser type, pages viewed — via cookies and our analytics tools.
- Contact and newsletter: your first name, surname and email address, if you choose to share them with us.
We do not collect any sensitive data.
3. Why do we use this data?
Your data is used only to:
- make the site work properly and keep it secure;
- understand how our site is used, in order to improve it;
- reply to the messages you send us via the contact form;
- send you information emails about Fluvigo, if you have asked for them.
We never resell your data.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent: for newsletter sign-up and the use of non-essential cookies.
- Our legitimate interest: for the security and improvement of the site.
5. Who do we share your data with?
Your data may be passed only to trusted technical providers:
- our web host, IONOS;
- our emailing tool, Brevo;
- our audience measurement tools, for example Google Analytics.
These providers comply with the applicable regulations and cannot use your data for any other purpose.
6. How long do we keep your data?
- Emails and newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact forms: up to 3 years after your last exchange with us.
- Cookies: 13 months maximum.
- Technical data (connection logs): a few months, for security purposes.
7. Your rights
You have rights guaranteed by the GDPR:
- access your data;
- correct them if they are wrong;
- request their deletion;
- object to certain processing;
- request a copy of your data (portability).
To exercise these rights, write to us at webmaster@fluvigo.fr. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
8. Security
We take all the necessary measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.
9. Cookies
The Fluvigo site uses cookies to:
- ensure the site works properly — technical cookies;
- measure our audience and improve the user experience — analytics cookies.
